For some reason Blackmagic Design almost tries to hide which SSDs are compatible with the Hyperdeck Shuttle 2, however below is the ssd list from their site.
What stands out is that the primary brands that provide compatible ssds are: Kingston, OCZ, Intel and Digistor. There is also a distinction between ssds that require firmware updates and those that can be used without firmware updates.

I've had success with Intel 530 series 120 GB SSD which provided me 67 minutes with ProRes when formatted to Mac Journaling format
